I can’t download the game / I can't install the game

If you encounter an issue while attempting to download/install our game, there can be a number of factors that may prevent the game from being downloaded.

A bad internet connection and insufficient storage space are two of the main reasons.

Make sure you use Wi-Fi and that no other apps are being updated/ downloaded at the same time.
