Sharing your details will compromise your account security.

- Give your account
We do not tolerate any kind of offensive language or imagery within the game and towards fellow players. If you come across this kind of situation you need to report it immediately to us.
Such actions might lead to a permanent ban of the account.
What can I do if a player is harassing me?
1st: Take a screenshot of the offender's Unique ID and of the offensive image or conversation.
2nd: Submit a ticket so immediate action can be taken.
3rd: In the webform, provide us with the following information:
- Player´s Unique ID
- Screenshot of the player´s profile
- Screenshot of the incident
We are a multicultural studio that welcomes diversity in its employees and in its players. We will not hesitate to take immediate action if a player has been found to have been acting in an offensive way regarding the background of another player. Please, if needed, follow the steps above in order to submit a request to our team and help us keep our community fair and safe.
There are some things to bear in mind when contacting our support team. First, only submit one ticket for each issue - spamming with extra tickets will actually cause delays in your issue being dealt with. It will not speed up the process.
Second, we understand that at times you can feel frustrated with the issue you're experiencing, and we understand. We ask that you refrain from using vulgar language with our team, and try to always be respectful and polite - as we will be to you. We reserve the right to deny support to anyone who is vulgar, threatening or abusive to our team.
