Account Sharing

We do not tolerate:

  • Account sharing between family members, friends, colleagues or anyone interested in playing in the same profile. 

Sharing your details will compromise your account security.

  • DO NOT
    • Share your password
    • Share your email
    • Share your payment details
    • Share your device
    • Share your game profile
    • Sell or buy your account
    • Give your account 

Harassment

We do not tolerate any kind of offensive language or imagery within the game and towards fellow players. If you come across this kind of situation you need to report it immediately to us.

Such actions might lead to a permanent ban of the account.

 

What can I do if a player is harassing me?

1st: Take a screenshot of the offender's Unique ID and of the offensive image or conversation.

2nd: Submit a ticket so immediate action can be taken. 

3rd: In the webform, provide us with the following information:

  • Player´s Unique ID
  • Screenshot of the player´s profile
  • Screenshot of the incident

In-game Discrimination

We are a multicultural studio that welcomes diversity in its employees and in its players. We will not hesitate to take immediate action if a player has been found to have been acting in an offensive way regarding the background of another player. Please, if needed, follow the steps above in order to submit a request to our team and help us keep our community fair and safe. 

 

Account Sharing/Selling

Buying, selling, or sharing an account is against our Terms and Conditions. Trading the account or giving it to other players also goes against our Terms and Conditions. 
 
We are unable to guarantee the security of an account that has swapped hands, for any reason. We also reserve the right to ban any account that has been transferred between players.
 
Since deleting an account will be available through the site, if someone else deletes your account without your consent (meaning they passed all the verifications), we will be unable to recover the account. Because of this, you should be extra careful and not share your information with anyone else.
 
Take into consideration that most account-sellers that appear online are fraudulent. Besides going against the rules, they will keep your money, steal your credentials and will not provide you with any account whatsoever. 
 

Contacting Support

There are some things to bear in mind when contacting our support team. First, only submit one ticket for each issue - spamming with extra tickets will actually cause delays in your issue being dealt with. It will not speed up the process. 

Second, we understand that at times you can feel frustrated with the issue you're experiencing, and we understand. We ask that you refrain from using vulgar language with our team, and try to always be respectful and polite - as we will be to you. We reserve the right to deny support to anyone who is vulgar, threatening or abusive to our team.
